10 Universal Business Objectives
This skill maps supplied work to a fixed ten-objective diagnostic lens and exposes tradeoffs. It produces a Universal Objectives Mapping or Audit from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.
The ten objectives are a diagnostic lens, not a scorecard that makes the decision for you. Use them to identify which business effects a proposal supports, threatens, or leaves unmeasured.
Map only supplied effects, make trade-offs visible, and keep unsupported objectives blank. The output should sharpen the decision question and expose the evidence still needed before commitment.
A complete-looking map is useless if the trade-offs disappeared.
