This skill reviews one finite project against its approved outcome, scope, milestones, risks, and decisions. It produces a Project Review Packet from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.
Percent complete is not a project review. A useful review compares the approved outcome, scope, milestones, and date with observable evidence, then names the decisions required to recover or proceed.
Carry prior actions forward, expose scope changes, and distinguish delivered work from work that merely started. Every risk gets an owner, a due date, and a specific effect on the plan.
