Input from Stakeholders

This skill structures internal stakeholder input around one decision. It produces a Stakeholder Input Brief and Synthesis from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.

Stakeholder input becomes useful only when it is attached to one decision. Otherwise the process collects opinions, rewards volume, and leaves the decision owner to reconstruct the trade-offs later.

Record each position with its evidence, constraints, and unresolved questions. Preserve disagreement, label non-response, and route the synthesis to the named decision owner by the stated deadline.

Consensus is not the goal. A decision with visible trade-offs is.
