Ambition
This skill tests one supplied goal for meaningful stretch, constraint removal, evidence, and risk. It produces an Ambition Audit or Goal Stretch Brief from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.
A larger number is not automatically an ambitious goal. Meaningful stretch requires a baseline, a target, a date, a mechanism that differs from the current path, and explicit risks the owner is prepared to test.
Audit the goal against its evidence and constraints. Identify which assumption must change, which measure will show movement, and which guardrail prevents the stretch from becoming an unsupported promise.
Stretch without a baseline is a slogan.
