This skill compresses supplied work into a decision-ready brief for a specific leadership review. It produces a Leadership Review Brief from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.
A leadership review should reduce decision time, not compress ambiguity into a polished summary. Put the recommendation, material evidence, alternatives, and decision request where the leader can see them first.
Separate facts from the owner recommendation, state the trade-offs, and move supporting detail to the appendix. Every requested decision names the decider and the date by which the team needs it.
The decision belongs before the appendix.
