How the Plugins work

The Plugins are skills-only. Each one is a set of written instructions and templates that the AI model in ChatGPT (or another AI platform you use) follows when you ask for help. The Plugins have no server, make no network calls, and contain no analytics, tracking, or telemetry. When you use a Plugin, your prompts and the text you share (for example, meeting notes or a draft email) are processed by the AI platform you are using. That content is never sent to us.

1. Categories of personal data collected

Through the Plugins: none. We do not collect, receive, store, or have access to your prompts, the content you paste, your conversation history, your account details, your IP address, or any usage data.

If you contact us for support: if you email us or open a GitHub issue, we receive whatever you choose to send, typically your name, email address or GitHub username, and the content of your message.

2. Purposes of use

We use support contact information only to respond to your request and to fix problems with the Plugins. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or profiling, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

3. Categories of recipients

• Through the Plugins: none. We receive no Plugin data, so we share none.
• AI platform providers: your use of a Plugin is processed by the platform you use (for example, OpenAI for ChatGPT) under that provider's own privacy policy and data controls. We do not control or receive that processing.
• Support channels: emails are handled through our email provider. GitHub issues are hosted by GitHub and are publicly visible under GitHub's terms.
• We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We may disclose support records if required by law.

4. Data retention

• Plugin usage: nothing is retained by us, because nothing is collected.
• Support emails: kept for up to 24 months after the issue is resolved, then deleted.
• GitHub issues: remain public on GitHub until you or we delete them. You can delete your own comments at any time.

5. Your controls

• Stop using a Plugin at any time by disabling or uninstalling it in ChatGPT.
• Manage your conversation data (history, memory, model training settings) through your AI platform's settings, such as ChatGPT's Data Controls.
• Access or delete support records by emailing andrew@andrewluxem.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Avoid sharing sensitive information you don't need to. The Plugins never ask for passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, or health information.

Children

The Plugins are general-purpose workplace tools. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be noted in each Plugin's GitHub repository.
