Serve Customers

This skill reviews a supplied plan for observable customer effects, evidence, harm, access, and feedback loops. It produces a Customer Impact Review from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.

A plan does not serve customers because the team says it does. The review needs an observable customer effect, supporting evidence, access and harm checks, and a feedback loop that can prove or disprove the claim.

Name who is affected, what changes for them, how the effect will be measured, and what would trigger correction. Keep missing customer evidence visible instead of turning an internal benefit into a customer claim.

Customer impact is a testable effect, not an intention.
