New Hire Orientation Checklist

This skill coordinates supplied pre-start, day-one, first-week, and follow-up obligations with owners and evidence. It produces a New Hire Orientation Checklist from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.

A checked box is not completion when the laptop, access, owner, or first-week deliverable is still missing. The checklist coordinates dependencies and records the evidence that each obligation is actually complete.

Sequence pre-start, day-one, first-week, and follow-up work. Give every item an owner and due date, separate policy requirements from local practice, and escalate blocked access before it becomes the new hire's problem.

The checklist is done when the new hire is ready, not when the boxes are filled.
