Social Cohesion

This skill designs voluntary, accessible, work-connected practices that improve coordination and belonging. It produces a Team Cohesion Plan from supplied evidence without inventing missing detail.

Social activity is not automatically cohesion. A useful practice improves work-connected trust, coordination, or belonging without making participation compulsory or excluding people through time, location, cost, or access.

Design from the coordination problem, state why the practice should help, and preserve a voluntary alternative. Review participation and work effects before turning the experiment into a permanent ritual.

A ritual earns repetition only when it improves how the team works.
