Employee Recognition

Employee Recognition turns supplied evidence into a private or consented recognition draft, a fair recurring program, or an audit without inventing impact or selecting a winner.

Useful recognition names a supplied contribution, connects it to supported impact, credits shared work, and matches the recipient's preference. Missing incidents, dates, metrics, collaborators, value connections, and consent stay visible. They do not become plausible details added to make the message sound stronger.

Recurring recognition needs a fair process before it needs a winner. This playbook prepares criteria, nominations, evidence checks, conflict recusal, repeat-recipient handling, individual and team eligibility, cadence, and a private decision record for an authorized human review body. It does not choose, score, rank, or recommend a winner.

Recognition loses credibility when the story is stronger than the evidence.

REPLACES
Generic praise, invented impact, popularity contests, exposed nominations, surprise public attention, and rewards promised without authority.
