SBI Format Feedback

SBI Format Feedback turns a supplied situation, observable behavior, and supported impact into a private or consented feedback draft without inventing evidence or creating a formal employment artifact.

Specific feedback names the shared situation, describes what another observer could recognize, and states only the impact the user supplied. A trait label, assumed motive, likely reaction, or plausible consequence is not evidence. When an incident, date, quotation, behavior, metric, or impact is missing, the gap stays visible.

This playbook drafts positive or developmental feedback and audits existing feedback. It does not turn SBI into a performance improvement plan, disciplinary warning, investigation finding, or employment decision. It preserves privacy and the supplied delivery channel, and public delivery requires a supplied recipient preference or consent.

False specificity is still false, even when the sentence follows the SBI format.
