Go-to-Market: Connect the launch decision to owners, dependencies, and evidence
A launch plan lists channel activity but does not connect the customer, proposition, readiness, dependencies, measures, and decision gates.
The useful response is not another status layer. It is a mechanism that can connect the launch decision to owners, dependencies, and evidence.
What the skill produces
The Go-to-Market skill turns supplied context into a go-to-market plan with audience, promise, workstreams, owners, dates, risks, measures, and launch gates. It should expose missing evidence instead of inventing it. This article explains the operating model. The skill is part of the premium library, so the brief does not reproduce private package contents or a public download path.
Run the mechanism
- Define the customer, problem, proposition, and evidence.
- Map workstreams, dependencies, owners, dates, and readiness criteria.
- Set launch, hold, and rollback decisions with review dates.
The accountable owner reviews the output against the source evidence before it is used. Material unknowns remain labeled and receive an owner and date when they affect the decision.
Failure check
More launch activity does not repair an unclear customer promise or an unowned dependency.
Adoption test
Run one launch gate review using the plan. Count unsupported green calls, missing dependency dates, and measures without baselines.
Keep the skill only if the result improves against that baseline. Revise the playbook when the same operating failure survives more than one review cycle.
